honor hawkins, herbalist + wellbeing coach
Honor is a holistic wellbeing coach, herbalist, and Reiki practitioner who helps women get out of survival mode, feel vibrantly well and create a life they love.
Her unique work blends ancient wisdom with the latest lifestyle practices to support the body, mind and spirit of the modern woman. Her loving and lighthearted approach addresses the physical, emotional, and the energetic. Her intuitive way and customized process lets wellbeing feel easeful, joyful and attainable. It’s practical meets “woo” with a kiss of magic and a big hug.
Honor has always been passionate about health and wellbeing, but her journey as a wellbeing practitioner began after working through her own challenges with recurrent pregnancy loss — six miscarriages in four years.
Over the course of her journey, she tapped back into what lit her up and created a life she loved with the help of coaches, community, lifestyle practices, herbal remedies and energy healing. She learned what it means to thrive mind, body and spirit. And to be resilient when things go bump (of course they do).
A few weeks before her 43rd birthday her strong (adorable!!!!) miracle baby arrived.
The journey didn't end when Holden was born — plot twist! A new one began, as they do! Today she is a mom of two juggling all the things with a wildly varying competence and some sort of food in her hair. But it works...and feels on most days to be twinkley and beautiful and full of love. At the heart of it all is wellbeing, which as it turns out is more of an evolving thing than a one-and-done kind of thing. What else would it be?
Helping women create vibrant health and wellbeing is Honor’s calling and her bliss. Through her online business, she works 1:1 with women who are ready to feel lit up about life. She creates a magical line of flower essences and is available for high-vibe collaborations. To learn more, visit honorhawkins.com or go ahead and reach out, email@example.com. You’re made of magic and she can’t wait to meet you.
Honor lives with her impossibly amazing husband, Ned, and two beautiful (tireless) sons, Owen & Holden, near where dolphins and mermaids swim in South Carolina.
